Lynne Morgan

       Lynne Morgan knew she wanted to be a trial lawyer from the
moment she entered law school, where she found genuine passion in
protecting the rights of individuals who find themselves in the
enormously powerful grasp of government.

       She began trying cases before she graduated, then served as a
public defender for 7 years before entering private practice. For over
two decades, Lynne has practiced criminal defense, exclusively, in
Oregon's state and federal courts. Today, her practice covers a wide
spectrum of major felonies, ranging from murder to drug conspiracies,
assaults and white collar fraud.

       Lynne has never wavered from the belief that a strong society is
one willing to protect its most vulnerable members, even when the
threat they face is from the government itself.

       She has earned a reputation as a compassionate ally, a wise
